does the landlord forfit any rights to the security deposit.?

i moved out of a rental house and the landlord sent me a list of items that needed to be repaired, however the list did not contain information about the amount of the repair for each item or what the total cost of repairs was going to be. Pennsylvania nenant law states ';a landlord within 30 days of the termination of the lease every landlord is required to provide a tenant with a list of any damages. a landlord who fails to provide a written list within this time forfeits any rights to the security deposit.'; does this list have to be a detailed list as far as the individual cost of each repair and the total amount of cost or can it just be a standaerd list of items.
