duies of real estate agent to list selling property accurately?

if listed property in mls says bathroom roughed in and ready to go and you find out later that drain in bathroom is filled in with concrete how responsible is the agent for listing property inaccurately? Should agent or seller drop price to compensate for the miss leading listing? Buyer was told all was ready to go in bathroom but found out after contract to buy was signed , does the buyer still have a right to fight this before closing?
