Finding a cheap place to hold a meeting in the city of Philadelphia?

I was planning to start a Video Games meetup and need an inexpensive place to have it. I would like it in Center City Philadelphia if possible as close to 15th and Market as possible. It would be great if it had a projector screen but isnt necessary. Please provide capacity, price per hour, location, and any extra fees. Thanks in advance.
