Does this seem right?

Me and my roomates rent was raised 50 dollars however our landlord has not fixed one thing in our apartment our entire kitchen cabinets need replaced they are warped moldy and getting bugs also we have wires hanging down where are kitchen light is suppose to be it has been 9 months for the cabinets and 2wks for the light and all of our blinds are broken and my roomates wall by her window has a huge crack in it and the water from the outside leaks onto her carpet does it seem fair they raised our rent
