Can anyone give reviews on the Esplanade Apartments in Japantown, San Jose.? It's owned by the Essex Property Trust Inc. (ESS)
Management?
- friendly? attentive? helpful? quick to respond?
Neighborhood?
- friendly? safe? quiet? stinky? gangbangers? street walkers?
Complex?
- cheaply made? warm? thin walls? noisy? MOLD?
Moving out?
- fee? deposit return?
Etc Etc Etc ..
I've been reading reviews 'n they're scaring me;
I'm afraid I'm gonna sign 1 year of my life away to a lot of problems 'n turmoil!
I don't know how many of are true b/c competitors often
bad-mouth each other and pose as real renters.
So if you know ANYTHING about the Esplanades ..
PLEASE do let me know ..
