Does anyone know where I can find a cheap apartment in Delaware?

I'm looking for a cheap apartment in the Millsboro Delaware area, something nice yet affordable for a 21 yr old. I could afford up to a max of $450. I'm not sure where to look, or where to start. It doesn't have to be Millsboro, I'm looking for Millsboro,Seaford,Milford,Milt... any of those. Any suggestions would help.
