Does Carlton Sheets Program really work?

Got the program many years ago. Didn't work for me at all. Tried to get in touch with Mr. Sheets for Coaching, no use. Can you, through you knowledge of todays No Money Down, by Mr. Sheets, Help me obtain a house, ASAP, in my neighborhood, with NO money down and MONEY back at closing?? JC
